Unable to Download or See iCloud Photos on Windows 10

Set Up iCloud Photos
Already if you have installed iCloud on your PC, then leap into the Photos Option panel only to confirm that if you have set up any iCloud Photos properly to download your photos directly from the iCloud.

For this follow the steps mentioned below:

Click on the iCloud icon
Select “Open iCloud Settings” option
Now, click on the Options button contiguous to Photos, to open Photos Options panel.
Once check if following options are enabled, if not then first enable them before proceeding further.
Click on the iCloud Photo Library option
Then, click on the Download New Photos and Videos to My PC Option
Force Download iCloud Photos
Click on the iCloud icon on the system tray
Choose “Download Photos” option
Now, the “Download Photos and Videos” pop-up box should immediately appear on the screen
Select the desired iCloud Photos for download
Click on the “Download” button, to confirm your action.
When it is confirmed, then all your photos should appear under the Downloads folder of iCloud Photos.
Now, visit on the iCloud Photos to see new folders created by year.
Restart your iCloud
Click to open Task Manager
Choose the option
Under the Processes tab, search for the following processes and choose one of them
iCloud Photo Library
iCloud Photo Stream
iCloud Services
iCloud Drive
Now, again load the app and see if the problem is solved or not.
Update iCloud
If all three methods fail to give up the desired results, then you need to try updating your iCloud once. It might help you in fixing the error hopefully.
